Our Philosphy
With a focus on creating strength and flexibility, developing mindfulness, and the maintenance and restoration of health, these yoga classes are designed to cater for all levels of ability regardless of prior experience. The three teachers, all friends, teach in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, where classes are adapted to suit the specific needs and capabilities of the individuals in them. All three are involved in ongoing study, including time at the Krishnamcharya Yoga Mandarim (KYM) in Chennai; their classes will allow you to experience the benefits of yoga yourself.
